I would be lying if I said that I didn’t have Christmas on the mind!

So, why not REALLY get into the Christmas spirit with this runner’s version of The 12 Days of Christmas:

 

 

On the First day of Christmas, my true love gave to me:
TWELVE months of running!! 

On the Second day of Christmas, my true love gave to me:
Twelve months of running; and ELEVEN Dri-Fit T-Shirts.

On the Third day of Christmas, my true love gave to me:
Twelve months of running; eleven Dri-Fit T-Shirts; and TEN normal toenails!

On the Fourth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me:
Twelve months of running; eleven Dri-Fit T-Shirts; ten normal toenails; and NINE hours of (perfect heart-pumping) music.

On the Fifth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me:
Twelve months of running; eleven Dri-Fit T-Shirts; ten normal toenails; nine hours of music; and EIGHT ‘Yogalates’ poses >> 

On the Sixth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me:
Twelve months of running; eleven Dri-Fit T-Shirts; ten normal toenails; nine hours of music; eight Yoga poses; and SEVEN hours of sleeping.

On the Seventh day of Christmas, my true love gave to me:
Twelve months of running; eleven Dri-Fit T-Shirts; ten normal toenails; nine hours of music; eight Yoga poses; seven hours of sleeping; and SIX abs of steel!

On the Eighth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me:
Twelve months of running; eleven Dri-Fit T-Shirts; ten normal toenails; nine hours of music; eight Yoga poses; seven hours of sleeping; six abs of steel; and FIVE tempo runs.

On the Ninth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me:
Twelve months of running; eleven Dri-Fit T-Shirts; ten normal toenails; nine hours of music; eight Yoga poses; seven hours of sleeping; six abs of steel; five tempo runs; and FOUR LONG trail runs!!

On the Tenth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me:
Twelve months of running; eleven Dri-Fit T-Shirts; ten normal toenails; nine hours of music; eight Yoga poses; seven hours of sleeping; six abs of steel; five tempo runs; four LONG trail runs; and THREE pairs of shoes! ?

On the Eleventh day of Christmas, my true love gave to me:
Twelve months of running; eleven Dri-Fit T-Shirts; ten normal toenails; nine hours of music; eight Yoga poses; seven hours of sleeping; six abs of steel; five tempo runs; four LONG trail runs; three pairs of shoes; and TWO INJURY-FREE LEGS!! ?

On the Twelfth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me:
Twelve months of running; eleven Dri-Fit T-Shirts; ten normal toenails; nine hours of music; eight Yoga poses; seven hours of sleeping; six abs of steel; five tempo runs; four LONG trail runs; three pairs of shoes; TWO INJURY-FREE LEGS; and an expensive Race Reg for free!
